About the Role

Responsibilities
- Act as a consultant to the business with advanced knowledge of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Salesforce Community
- Translate business requirements into user stories and well architected solutions leveraging Salesforce platforms
- Provide detailed level of effort estimates and articulate benefits and risks of proposed solutions
- Collaborate with and manage Salesforce Developers to define appropriate technical strategies and designs
- Stay up to date with new Salesforce products, releases, and technical capabilities
- Work closely with cross product teams to understand the impact of broader initiatives on Salesforce
- Lead daily stand ups and manage backlog grooming processes
- Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth project and enhancement delivery
Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Computing or related field
- At least 5 years of overall professional experience
- Minimum 3 years in Product Management
- Minimum 2 years as a Salesforce Developer and/or Software Engineer
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder
- Hands on experience with declarative functionality, Flow, Triggers, APEX, LWC, Aura Components, migration tools, and SOQL
- Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence
- Proficiency in Arabic and English

About The Role
- The Product Manager gathers and challenges business requirements and translates them into solutions with guidance from the Head of Salesforce Product.
- Acts as a knowledgeable liaison between business stakeholders and developers.

Profile Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Computing or a related field with at least 5 years of overall professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Product Management and 2 years as a Salesforce Developer and/or Software Engineer.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification is desirable).
- Domain experience in IT / CRM with strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud environments.
- Hands on experience with declarative functionality, Flow, Triggers, APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, migration tools, and SOQL.
- Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence, including large call center implementations.
- Travel and tourism industry experience is desirable.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast paced environment.
