About the Role
Statflo is hiring a Product Manager for a 12-month maternity leave contract. You will work with Engineering, Design, and Product peers to define scope, lead discovery, and deliver features for a sales acceleration platform.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and QA to define scope and deliver features
- Lead product discovery through user interviews and research
- Own and maintain a clear roadmap for your product area
- Become subject matter expert and keep team aligned on the 'why'
- Collaborate with Sales and CS to understand impact and refine ideas
- Use data and customer feedback to measure success and iterate
- Work with Product Marketing on GTM plans and launch assets
Requirements
- 2+ years of product management experience in a SaaS environment
- Clear, structured communicator able to align stakeholders including executives
- Comfortable with ambiguity and uses research, data, intuition, and empathy
- Analytical with experience using tools like FullStory and basic SQL knowledge
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

- CAD 90,000–120,000 per year
