- Investigate data issues and own platform configurations as the technical point of contact between customers and engineering
- Proactively identify opportunities for workflow improvements
- Bridge the gap between Sales handoff and go live; handle account configuration, data validation, and any technical blockers during onboarding
Requirements
- 2+ years at a SaaS company (Support, Onboarding, Solutions Engineering, Engineering or similar)
- Familiar understanding of relational databases, with the curiosity to go deeper and comfortable working with APIs
- Focus on continuous improvement; open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable with technical and non technical stakeholders
- Comfortable with ambiguity and uses a mix of research, data, intuition, and empathy to move work forward

The Role
- As Statflo’s Associate Product Manager, you’ll be a key member of the Product team, working closely with Engineers to make sure customers get maximum value from Statflo.
- You’ll investigate and prioritize tasks on behalf of the product team and translate them into clear, actionable steps.
What You’ll Do

Compensation
- CAD 60,000–CAD 75,000 per year (actual pay will depend on experience and qualifications)
