- Work with risk team to optimize policy and risk adjusted returns
- Design onboarding and early account management programs
- Own end to end customer experience for all initiatives
- Work with payment schemes on commercial and legal agreements
- Deliver management presentations on business performance

- Experience in credit cards product management
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Ability to manage partnerships and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of digital first acquisition strategies

Job Description
- Responsible for managing credit cards acquisitions and product programs at Mashreq across the customer life cycle.
- Objective: achieve sustainable growth in business volumes, revenues and net profits.
Key Result Areas
- Design, develop and maintain attractive and sustainable card products
- Explore co brand and product partnerships, prepare business case pitch decks
- Evaluate existing value propositions and make strategic changes
- Run simulation models for cost estimations and cost benefit analysis
- Identify and form strategic partnerships to augment CVPs
- Drive product launches, re launches and maintenance
- Conceptualize and drive credit cards acquisition strategies
- Work with risk team to evaluate policy performance
- Design onboarding and early account management programs
- Adopt digital first strategy for all product and portfolio actions
- Own end to end customer experience for all initiatives
- Work with payment schemes on commercial and legal agreements
