Role Overview
Manage the end-to-end performance of credit card products against growth, profitability, and customer experience objectives.
Execute product strategy, drive portfolio performance, lead campaign delivery, and coordinate cross-functional product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery against the Cards annual plan, including KPIs, revenues, risk metrics, and operational cost metrics.
- Support planning and execution of the overall card product strategy.
- Manage product features, pricing, positioning, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Lead the development, launch, and commercialization of new products and services.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with Marketing, Portfolio, and Acquisitions teams.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal policy requirements.
- Coach, guide, and manage team performance to develop team capability.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in credit cards, consumer banking, or retail lending is required.
- Experience in credit card acquisition, product management, or sales performance management is required.
- Experience supporting pricing, campaign governance, and regulatory compliance is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Experience within the UAE or GCC is preferred.
- An MBA is preferred.
