Product Manager

The Role

Impact and Responsibilities

• Define the short-term and long-term roadmap for the DMS product suite.
• Analyze customer requirements and establish product strategy based on industry needs.
• Lead customer advisory events, solicit feedback, conduct proof-of-concept work, and shape roadmaps.
• Develop content and participate in trade shows, special events, and conferences.
• Manage internal initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and business success.
• Build customer relationships and communicate the value of DMS advanced applications.
• Monitor competitors and trends, manage critical projects, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of technical experience using the AspenTech OSI monarch platform.
• Ability to travel approximately 20%.
• Experience presenting to internal teams, external stakeholders, and/or industry events.
• Excellent prioritization, organizational, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Product and Technical Scope

• The role requires knowledge of DMS advanced applications used by distribution utilities.
• The position requires customer requirements analysis, product strategy, roadmap management, and industry engagement.

Compensation

• The stated base compensation range is $127,000 to $158,700.
• The role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay.
