- Translate strategy into actionable deliverables, manage roadmaps and backlogs, and drive secure by default and shift left principles across AI Security workstreams.
- Work closely with engineering, architecture, and platform teams to plan and deliver security tooling; participate in Agile ceremonies and resolve delivery blockers.
- Align with compliance, risk, and audit teams to integrate control requirements; support governance forums and communicate delivery progress.
- Define user stories, prioritize backlogs, and coordinate vendor onboarding and validation activities.
- Track delivery metrics, analyze adoption and value realization, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Monitor milestones, risks, and decisions; assist with release planning and feature implementation.
- Tune tools based on feedback and risk exposure; support control design to address vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in Product Management or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in Information Security or Information Technology
- Experience in Regulatory, Compliance, Risk or Audit functions
- Experience with cloud or application security platforms and tooling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Understanding of financial principles in a large enterprise

In this role, you will:

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
- 3 5 years’ experience in a Product Management (or equivalent) capacity required
- 3+ years’ experience in working with Information Security or Information Technology.
- Experience in Regulatory, Compliance, Risk or Audit functions.
- Experience with cloud or application security platforms and tooling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership through influence across multiple types of stakeholders
- Strong planning and organizational skills; can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
