About the Role
EviSmart is hiring a Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for AI products in the dental lab industry. You will define product vision, drive user validation, and coordinate with ML and design teams.

- Own the strategy and roadmap across the breadth of EviSmart's AI portfolio
- Define the product itself: the problem it solves, core workflows, and moments the AI must earn user trust
- Instrument every feature before it ships with adoption funnels, cohort analysis, and usage patterns
- Own competitive positioning against primary market challengers
- Drive user validation continuously through interviews, workflow observation, and building a user insight library
- Coordinate with design operations team on product side of AI transition
- Expand over time into product leadership for the dashboard platform (PLG hooks, self serve signup, conversion funnels)
- Nurture the existing platform PM by developing their product rigor and roadmap prioritization
Requirements
- 6–8 years product management experience spanning both AI/ML powered products and frontend driven SaaS platforms
- Proven ability to turn an AI capability into a commercial outcome
- Strong product taste and judgment
- Direct customer contact experience (interviews, workflow observation)
- Outcome oriented mindset with ability to make hard tradeoffs
- SaaS or B2B platform experience preferred

The Problem We're Solving
- EviSmart has built AI that automates the core of dental lab work. The unsolved problem is product: shaping that capability into something labs adopt and rely on.
- EviSmart has 300 people, two hubs (Vancouver HQ and Manila operations), 145% YoY SaaS growth, and serves 28 countries.
What You’ll Own
- Own the strategy and roadmap across the breadth of EviSmart's AI portfolio.
- Define the product itself: the problem it solves, core workflows, and moments the AI must earn user trust.

What We Need
- 6–8 years product management experience spanning both AI/ML powered products and frontend driven SaaS platforms.
- Product taste and judgment to define what 'good' looks like before building.
- Proven ability to turn an AI capability into a commercial outcome.
- Product instincts from direct customer contact (interviews, workflow observation).
- Outcome oriented mindset with ability to make hard tradeoffs.
- SaaS or B2B platform experience preferred; dental or healthcare background not required.
