Overview
The Product Manager owns the vision, strategy, and roadmap for spiderSilk s AI-driven security products.
This role sits at the heart of the company partnering with Engineering, Design, Threat Intelligence, and Go-to-Market teams to turn complex security challenges into products our customers love.
You ll be responsible for deciding what we build and why, balancing customer needs, technical realities, and business goals to deliver continuous, intelligent, and autonomous security that makes a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products, aligning them with company objectives and customer needs
- Partner with Engineering and Design to define, prioritize, and deliver features from concept through to launch
- Translate customer pain points, market signals, and threat landscape insights into clear product requirements and user stories
- Make data-informed prioritization decisions, balancing customer value, technical effort, and business impact
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation through delivery, iteration, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with Threat Intelligence and Security Research teams to ensure products stay ahead of evolving threats
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive successful launches and strong product adoption
- Define, track, and report on product metrics and KPIs to measure success and guide future decisions
