About the Role

  • We're looking for a Regional Channel Manager to evangelize the SpiderSilk message and drive mutual revenue with new and existing partners across the UAE.
  • This is a high impact opportunity within a growing go to market organization, collaborating closely with regional sales directors to generate new business and enhance channel performance.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a channel sales professional with strong regional expertise and a proven ability to build and scale partner ecosystems in the UAE's competitive, tech driven market.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage both channel strategy and execution in alignment with regional sales directors, ensuring tight coordination on goals and pipeline across the UAE.
  • Develop, implement, and measure targeted partnership campaigns to generate new business opportunities and drive upsell with channel partners.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and internal sales support teams to maximize partner recruitment, training, and sell through performance.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners and stakeholders across the UAE and wider Gulf region.
  • Continuously analyze Partner Community performance data to identify operational gaps and improve software product sales outcomes.
  • Develop and refine segmented client portfolios — factoring in industry, region, ARR, product type, and profitability potential.
  • Drive product knowledge sharing, cross training, and operational collaboration across the partner community to maximize team efficiency and minimize key person risk.
  • Provide regular activity reports, channel forecasts, and pipeline analysis to management.
  • Actively participate in relevant industry and technology events across the region to promote SpiderSilk and build a trusted, long standing network of business partnerships.
