Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own and publish a sequenced roadmap with explicit cross-module dependencies.
• Set priorities, document trade-offs, and maintain a coherent platform narrative.
• Define product measures for adoption, workflow completion, and output quality.
• Translate workflows into requirements with acceptance criteria, edge cases, and non-functional expectations.
• Own the backlog, delivery cadence, release readiness, data migration, documentation, and enablement.
• Collaborate with design and make informed decisions within the platform architecture.
• Define AI feature behavior and evaluation criteria for grounding, citations, uncertainty, incomplete sources, and failure handling.
• Protect access control, auditability, data residency, and performance requirements.
• Use competitive, usage, pipeline, renewal, cost, and user-value evidence in product decisions.
• Align engineering, AI, design, domain, growth, delivery, and client stakeholders around one plan.

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, including end-to-end ownership of a B2B or enterprise SaaS product.
• Experience in financial services, investment technology, or data or research platforms serving professional investors.
• Experience owning roadmaps across multiple modules, teams, or product areas under genuine constraints.
• Technical fluency with modern web and API stacks and architecture and delivery trade-offs.
• Experience delivering products in regulated or demanding enterprise environments with security, audit, and access-control requirements.
• Strong requirements writing, communication, client engagement, commercial judgment, and cross-functional leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications

• Hands-on experience shipping AI or machine-learning features, including retrieval-based systems and evaluation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Azure or an equivalent cloud platform and document-heavy ingestion and search.
• Experience in an early-stage or scaling product organization.
• Working knowledge of the private capital deal lifecycle.
• Professional working proficiency in Arabic.
