Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmap aligned with company objectives
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback assessments to identify product opportunities
- Develop business cases and product plans to support strategic initiatives
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities are aligned with business objectives
- Create, refine, and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional specifications
- Prioritize product features, enhancements, and releases based on business impact
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of product milestones and releases
- Collaborate closely with clients, executives, business users, and technical teams to gather and validate requirements
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and product demonstrations
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related role in software development
- Proven experience managing software products from concept through deployment and support
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern software development methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities
- Experience using project and product management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or similar
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles, customer journey mapping, and product discovery techniques
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, cloud platforms, and software architecture concepts

Position Summary
- The Product Manager / Product Owner will define product strategy, gather requirements, manage roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery.
- Serves as bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback assessments.
- Develop business cases and product plans.
- Own and manage the product backlog.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Proven experience managing software products from concept to deployment.
