Role Overview
The company is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead development and enhancement of fintech products.
The role works with business, technology, operations, and design teams to build financial solutions that improve customer experience and support business growth.
The position requires product thinking, stakeholder management, and translation of business and customer needs into scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and customers.
- Work with engineering, UI/UX, QA, and business teams across the product lifecycle.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer feedback research.
- Prepare PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product metrics, coordinate launches, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with compliance, risk, and operations teams on regulatory requirements.
- Identify process improvements and track fintech trends and emerging technologies.
