About the Role
Operations Manager responsible for loan processing, servicing, compliance, risk management, quality assurance, reporting, and team performance.
The role requires leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, cross-functional coordination, and attention to accuracy and customer service.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
Loan Processing and Servicing
- Manage end-to-end loan processing, including application review, credit verification, documentation, disbursement coordination, and status monitoring.
- Oversee payment processing, customer account management, customer inquiries, and servicing issue resolution.
Compliance, Risk, and Quality
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, internal policies, procedures, and operational controls.
- Identify and mitigate operational and loan-related risks and monitor loan portfolio performance.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews, identify process improvements, and implement corrective actions.
