Lead an unsecured lending branch in Noida, managing business growth, sales teams, customer relationships, and channel partnerships.
Ensure smooth loan processing and achievement of branch sales and disbursement targets.

Branch Growth and Team Leadership
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and disbursement targets.
- Lead and coach Relationship Managers, Team Leaders, Sales Executives, and other branch sales staff.
- Set targets, conduct performance reviews, and implement improvement plans.
Sales and Partnerships
- Generate pipelines through digital leads, telecalling, referrals, self-sourcing, walk-ins, and other acquisition channels.
- Build relationships with DSAs, brokers, connectors, financial consultants, banks, NBFCs, and fintech partners.
- Develop business through personal, business, professional, and other unsecured loan products.
