Role Overview
The Product Engineer works with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to understand client requirements and build tailored solutions.
The role owns the solution journey from understanding client needs and proposing an approach through building, integration, demonstrations, iteration, and handover after signing.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to understand client requirements and desired outcomes.
- Translate client requirements into practical, creative solutions using Sarj AI products and technologies.
- Design, build, and integrate tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver client demonstrations and answer product, technical, and scope-related questions.
- Gather feedback and iterate on solutions.
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering for deeper technical input or product capabilities.
- Hand over signed projects to Operations with solution details and requirements.
- Build websites and lightweight tools using AI-assisted and vibe-coding approaches.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Product, Engineering, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
- Technology or start-up experience is preferred.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, including fluency in the Saudi dialect.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to building solutions.
- Ability to own projects end to end.
- Comfort working directly with clients and presenting solutions.
- Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies.
Nice to Have
- Experience with APIs, integrations, or low-code/no-code tools is preferred.
- Experience building prototypes, websites, or internal tools using AI-assisted coding is preferred.
- Experience in solutions, consulting, pre-sales, or other client-facing technical roles is preferred.
