Role Overview
The Agent Engineer designs, builds, and deploys AI agents that solve real-world problems.
The role supports Proof of Concept development, owns end-to-end agent implementation delivery, and interfaces directly with clients.
The role provides hands-on experience with modern AI products.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Proof of Concept development from scoping through demo-ready delivery.
- Design and build AI agents that translate client requirements into functional workflows.
- Own implementation timelines, quality, and outcomes.
- Gather client requirements, present progress, answer questions, and manage expectations.
- Evaluate recorded agent-customer calls for accuracy, tone, compliance, and customer experience.
- Score conversations using a quality rubric and document findings in a QA tracking system.
- Flag errors, hallucinations, missed customer cues, and policy or compliance issues.
- Identify failure patterns, common customer questions, and workflow improvement opportunities.
- Share feedback with Operations to inform training, prompts, and product improvements.
- Refine QA guidelines and contribute to weekly quality reports.
- Review chat or text-based agent transcripts when needed.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with testing tools or programming languages is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Based in Riyadh.
