About the Role
Bridgestone EMEA is looking for a Product Development Senior to take end-to-end ownership of product lines in the A/ME markets. The role involves category management, product lifecycle management, market analysis, and product marketing.

- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
- Lead and manage regional meetings with sales teams and customers to align on portfolio performance, needs, and priorities.
- Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end of life.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance and make data driven decisions for product enhancements or discontinuation.
- Conduct regular market assessments to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product awareness and demand.
- Create a regional product library for all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Proven experience — 4 years in product management within the tire industry or related sectors
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and support strategic decisions
- Knowledge of tire manufacturing processes, materials, and industry regulations (plus)
- Project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal collaboration skills

About The Role
- You will play a pivotal role in category management, taking end to end ownership of product lines and effectively managing the entire product lifecycle.
- Ensure the optimal consumer product portfolio fit for A/ME markets, with a strong focus on consumer segments, by driving portfolio performance, alignment, and growth through data driven insights and cross functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
- Focus on long term strategy and short term wins for the category.
- Lead and manage regional meetings with sales teams and customers to align on portfolio performance, needs, and priorities.
- Act as a key interface between regional sales, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure portfolio relevance and execution excellence.
- Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end of life.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance and make data driven decisions for product enhancements or discontinuation.
- Conduct regular market assessments to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
- Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and industry trends to refine product strategies.
- Close follow up about industry regulations, standards, and advancements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product awareness and demand in short and long term.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience — 4 years in product management within the tire industry or related sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and support strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of tire manufacturing processes, materials, and industry regulations (plus).
