About the Role

Requirements
- Recently completed a Master's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or related fields
- Critical thinking and problem solving ability
- Data awareness and analytical mindset
- AI fluency and curiosity about digital tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Performance driven attitude
- Customer oriented mindset
- Fluent in English (C1) and local language (C1) according to hiring country
- Driving license
- Open to international travel and cross cultural collaboration

About The Role
- The Bridgestone European Graduate Program is an accelerated 12 month journey (Sept 2026–Sept 2027) for early talent.
- High performers may be confirmed for a second year at the 9 month mark.
- Cohort of 10 graduates across Europe with international exposure and travel.
What you will do
- Work in real Sales roles, taking ownership of individual and group projects.
