New Product Development Strategy
- Develop and implement the roadmap for new product development.
- Collaborate with multiple business unit managers to develop new product development business plans.
- Oversee new product launches for successful market introduction.
- Identify market trends and emerging ingredients to drive product innovation.
- Manage the product development pipeline and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor competitor products and industry developments to identify innovation opportunities.
Innovation Strategy
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline aligned with strategic business priorities.
- Prioritize innovation projects based on market potential, feasibility, strategic fit, and return on investment.
- Measure innovation performance using pipeline health, speed-to-market, product launch success, and new-product revenue.
Leadership and Mentoring
- Mentor and guide team members and support their professional growth.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide developmental input.
Budget and Financial Management
- Prepare and present inputs related to category and project budgets, including resource requirements.
- Monitor actual costs against budgets and manage overall financial performance for the relevant function.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity in the beverage manufacturing industry.
- Strong background in beverage manufacturing operations and product development is required.
- A master's degree in food science or food technology.
