Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user centered design
- Ability to drive discovery and ideation workshops and align the group around a vision and approach
- Track record of crafting sophisticated flows and customer journeys
- Ability to think and craft at a system level, not just interface elements or pages
- Effective articulation of ideas and design solutions
- Expressing feedback with kindness and candor
- Tolerance for ambiguity and healthy curiosity
- Translation of quantitative and qualitative insights into design decisions
- Contribution to culture: motivation, optimism, quality, integrity

- You can balance multiple priorities and successfully deliver in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
