About the Role
Revolut is looking for a Product Designer to lead the design process from discovery to delivery, shaping the experiences that power the financial super app. You will partner with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define customer needs and design simple, elegant solutions across iOS, Android, and web.

- Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, etc. to define customers and their needs
- Identifying key metrics for projects and taking ownership for achieving their success
- Researching and bringing forward new findings and learnings for reaching complex company goals
- Designing products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way from wire framing to end to end flows and prototypes
- Running guerrilla and customer testing workshops
- Implementing technical solutions and presenting actions during design reviews
- Reviewing release performance, identifying learnings, and finding ways to enhance it
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in designing world class commercial apps in house
- A portfolio featuring examples of product design work
- Impressive design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms
- The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and articulate design decisions
- A solid understanding of technical implications in their design decisions
- The ability to take ownership of design processes
- A focus on UX and an understanding of human behaviour
- Clean visual design sense
- Skills in typography and grids
- A love for problem solving and to be challenged

About The Role
- The Product team shapes the experiences that power Revolut. They turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions — collaborating across Design, Engineering, and Data to build features our customers love.
- We're looking for a Product Designer to lead the design process from discovery to delivery, always keeping our customers and their interests in mind.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, etc. to define customers and their needs
- Identifying key metrics for projects and taking ownership for achieving their success
- Researching and bringing forward new findings and learnings for reaching complex company goals, such as launching in new territories and offering new features
- Designing products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail, from wire framing to designing end to end flows and prototypes
- Running guerrilla and customer testing workshops
- Implementing technical solutions and presenting actions during design reviews
- Reviewing release performance, identifying learnings, and finding ways to enhance it
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of experience in designing world class commercial apps in house
- A portfolio featuring examples of product design work
