WE ARE HIRING: PROCUREMENT & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry, ensuring that materials, equipment, and services are procured efficiently and cost-effectively to meet project timelines.
📍 POSITION OVERVIEW
Location: Jeddah
🛠️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and manage reliable vendors and subcontractors for construction materials and site services.
Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure maximum value and minimal risk.
Supply Chain Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, from requisition to site delivery, ensuring zero downtime for project teams.
Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities align with KSA regulatory standards, including SABER, FASAH, and ZATCA requirements.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and lead times for critical materials like steel, concrete, and finishing items.
🎯 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Industry Experience: A minimum of [8-14] years in procurement, with proven experience specifically within a construction company.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction materials, technical specifications, and vendor markets in Saudi Arabia.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
Skills
Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and crisis-management skills.
