Responsibilities
- Manage end to end procurement activities, including sourcing materials and services
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery to support project timelines
- Evaluate and qualify suppliers, obtain and compare quotations
- Support contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate procurement records
- Collaborate with project, operations, finance, and logistics teams to align purchasing decisions with budget, quality, and compliance requirements
- Analyze market trends, identify cost saving opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes
Requirements
- Strong procurement and purchasing experience, including hands on involvement in Procurement and managing Purchase Orders
- Demonstrated ability in Supplier Evaluation, including vendor selection, performance monitoring, and relationship management
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation, with experience securing favorable terms and managing risk
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, compare bids, assess total cost of ownership
- Experience in construction, real estate development, hospitality, or related project based industries is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with procurement software/ERP systems and strong MS Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work on site in Dubai

Role Description
