Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of adventure construction and destination development projects from initiation through delivery
- Assist with project scheduling, tracking milestones, preparing status reports, and maintaining project documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure timely expediting of materials and services
- Support site inspections, logistics planning, risk and issue tracking, and adherence to quality, safety, and budget requirements
Requirements
- Strong foundational Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and stakeholder coordination
- Experience or familiarity working as an Expeditor or handling Expediting tasks
- Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control procedures related to construction or infrastructure projects
- Basic understanding of Logistics Management, including coordination of shipments, site deliveries, and vendor communication
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, scheduling or task management software)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities, with attention to detail and follow through
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and collaborate in a fast paced, multi disciplinary, and multicultural environment
- Previous exposure to construction, hospitality, tourism, or destination development projects is a plus
