Role overview
Support day-to-day procurement activities, including purchase requisition validation, purchase order creation, vendor coordination, and order tracking.
Help ensure smooth procurement operations, compliance with company policies, and timely delivery of goods and services.
Procurement responsibilities
- Validate purchase requisitions for accuracy and compliance.
- Create and maintain purchase orders in ERP systems.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to procurement policies.
- Liaise with vendors to confirm purchase order acceptance and delivery schedules.
- Resolve discrepancies and manage past-due cases.
- Maintain supplier relationships to support smooth transactions.
- Monitor purchase orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers to address delivery delays.
- Work with receiving departments to confirm receipt and resolve discrepancies.
- Support procurement workflow efficiency initiatives and continual improvement.
- Ensure SLA and KPI targets are consistently met.
Qualifications
- Any graduation is required.
- The role requires 1–3 years of experience.
