Role Overview
Procurement Practice Analyst focused on procurement operations and procurement management.
The role supports client-agreed work scopes while meeting SLA, KPI, quality, and service standards.

Qualifications and Experience
- Any graduation is listed as a qualification.
- Three to five years of experience is stated for the role.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in purchase order management or procurement is required.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices is required.
Responsibilities
- Verify purchase requisitions for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
- Generate purchase orders from requisitions received from operating unit buyers.
- Maintain proper purchase order documentation.
- Confirm purchase order acceptance, delivery schedules, and past-due cases with vendors.
- Resolve discrepancies and delivery issues with buyers.
- Maintain customer and supplier relationships and support business needs.
