- Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders in accordance with company policies
- Source suppliers and obtain quotations for goods and services
- Compare supplier quotations and prepare commercial evaluations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and delivery timelines
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor purchase orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation
- Support contract administration and ensure procurement documentation is complete and properly maintained
- Assist in supplier performance monitoring and vendor evaluations
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and approval authorities
- Resolve routine procurement issues and supplier inquiries
- Prepare procurement reports, purchasing status updates, and spend analysis as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
- 3–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience
- Good understanding of procurement processes, purchasing procedures, and supplier management
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent
- Professional certifications such as CIPS Level 3/4 or equivalent are considered an advantage

Job Purpose
- Support the procurement function by managing day to day purchasing activities, sourcing suppliers, processing purchase requests, and ensuring the timely and cost effective acquisition of goods and services.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
- Experience within reputable organizations, multinational companies, or medium to large scale businesses is preferred.
- Good understanding of procurement processes, purchasing procedures, and supplier management.
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
- Professional certifications such as CIPS Level 3/4 or equivalent are considered an advantage.
