Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies specific to fit out and interior works
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for materials such as joinery, gypsum, flooring, MEP, and FF&E
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements
- Coordinate closely with project managers, QS, design, and site teams to meet project timelines
- Ensure materials are procured in line with approved shop drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality compliance
- Manage procurement budgets and achieve cost savings without compromising quality
- Maintain an updated database of approved vendors and suppliers
- Handle material submittals, approvals, and technical compliance
- Resolve procurement related issues, delays, or disputes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms, and local regulations
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and forecast requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 5 8 years of procurement experience in fit out / interior contracting industry
- Strong knowledge of fit out materials, finishes, and subcontractor markets
- Experience in UAE or GCC market preferred
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and procurement software
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for materials such as joinery & carpentry, gypsum & ceiling works, flooring, tiles, marble, MEP materials, and furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E).
- Prepare and manage purchase orders (POs), contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, QS, design, and site teams to meet project timelines.

Compensation
- Pay: AED 10,000 AED 15,000 per month
