- Lead and manage the full procurement cycle including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract award
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and company objectives
- Source and prequalify suppliers and subcontractors specialized in luxury villa construction, landscaping, and swimming pool works
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality
- Review and approve purchase orders, subcontracts, and procurement documentation
- Monitor market trends, material costs, and supplier performance to ensure competitive advantage
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and finance teams to forecast procurement needs
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services in line with project schedules
- Manage and resolve procurement related issues including delays, discrepancies, and claims
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contract requirements, and UAE regulations
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the procurement team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Proven experience in luxury villas, high end residential, landscaping, and pool projects
- Strong knowledge of UAE supplier market and construction materials
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Qualifications
