- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to identify procurement requirements for villa construction projects
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers/vendors based on quality, cost, reliability, and compliance with project specifications
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favourable terms and achieve cost savings
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns related to quality, delivery, or pricing
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers, products, and cost saving opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in a construction company, specifically on villa projects
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or construction purchasing
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and industry standards
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of construction contracts, terms, and regulations
