- Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and market presence
- Manage and maintain all company social media platforms
- Create high quality content including photos, videos, reels, graphics, and promotional materials
- Coordinate and conduct professional photoshoots and video shoots for projects
- Edit videos and visual content for social media campaigns, advertisements, and presentations
- Plan and schedule social media posts to ensure consistent brand communication
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to inquiries, and maintain audience interaction
- Run and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms
- Analyze marketing performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with project teams to gather updates and marketing materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and social media management
- Experience in construction, landscaping, real estate, or luxury villa industry preferred
- Strong skills in photography, videography, and video editing
- Proficiency in graphic design and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Excellent communication, content writing, and presentation skills

- Coordinate and conduct professional photoshoots and video shoots for ongoing and completed projects.
- Edit videos and visual content for social media campaigns, advertisements, and company presentations.
- Plan and schedule social media posts to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to inquiries, and maintain strong audience interaction.
- Run and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms.

Qualifications
