- Manage luxury villa projects from planning through handover.
- Oversee civil, structural, architectural, and fit out works.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure project execution complies with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and contract requirements.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve technical and operational issues.
- Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Review and approve subcontractor work, material submittals, and procurement schedules.
- Control project costs and manage variations and claims.
- Ensure successful project completion and timely handover to the client.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of UAE experience managing luxury villa projects.
- Proven experience in both civil construction and high end fit out works.
- Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations, construction methods, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of high end luxury villa projects, including civil construction and interior fit out works.
- The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, extensive UAE experience, and a proven track record of delivering luxury residential projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
