- Develop and implement procurement strategies to support project requirements and business objectives.
- Manage the end to end procurement process, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, tendering, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and contract administration.
- Coordinate with Estimation, Projects, Design, Planning, QS, and Finance departments to ensure procurement schedules align with project timelines.
- Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers to achieve the best value in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with approved vendors and subcontractors.
- Evaluate supplier performance and conduct periodic vendor assessments.
- Ensure materials and services are procured in compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and company standards.
- Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve procurement related issues that may impact project progress.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contractual obligations, and relevant UAE regulations.
- Support project teams during pre award and post award stages by providing procurement expertise.
- Prepare procurement reports, supplier performance reports, and management dashboards.
