- Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment
- Resolve supplier, delivery, and quality related issues
- Identify cost saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency
- Maintain procurement documentation, contracts, invoices, and records
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and applicable regulations
- Prepare procurement reports, analyze purchasing data, and support audits

- Experience in procurement and supplier management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of procurement policies and regulations
