Overview
- We are seeking a skilled and proactive Procurement Executive with **2–5 years** of relevant experience in the **ICT, ELV, and Cyber Security industry.** The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing IT, networking, and ELV products while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. Transferable visa with NOC (Mandatory).
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for ICT , ELV and Cyber Security products such as networking equipment, structured cabling, servers, CCTV, access control, and related solutions.
- Identify and evaluate reliable vendors and suppliers within the local and international market.
- Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate terms to achieve cost savings.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials as per project requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and OEM partners.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to understand product specifications and project needs.
- Track orders, manage inventory levels, and ensure availability of stock.
- Ensure compliance with employer policies and procurement procedures.
- Handle documentation including LPOs, invoices, delivery notes, and vendor contracts.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and new product availability.
