Procurement Engineer

Role Description

Core Scope

• Own end-to-end procurement across FF&E, facilities, and operational categories in KSA.
• Build supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, contracts, commercial terms, and service levels.
• Lead RFQ and competitive bidding processes, evaluate suppliers, and review partner performance.
• Maintain complete procurement records including purchase orders, contracts, invoices, vendor records, and freight documentation.
• Coordinate purchasing from request through delivery with Design & Development, Facilities, Operations, and Finance.
• Maintain ERP records for orders, costs, receipts, inventory, and procurement data.
• Monitor KSA market pricing, supply conditions, and vendor performance to identify savings and reduce risk.
• Ensure compliance with SASO standards, VAT documentation, Saudization obligations, and import requirements.
• Anticipate supply disruptions and develop alternative sourcing solutions.
• Continuously improve procurement processes, reporting, systems, and controls.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, construction, fit-out, or luxury residential sectors is preferred.
• Experience working in KSA or the broader GCC is strongly preferred.
• Full professional fluency in English is mandatory.
• Arabic language capability is an advantage.
• Proficiency with ERP or procurement systems, Excel or Google Sheets, inventory tools, expense or invoice platforms, and operational reporting systems.
