Flow operates residential real estate assets in Saudi Arabia and is developing communities and resident experiences across the region.

About the Role

This Junior Interior Designer role is offered through the Tamheer Program.

The role is intended for a fresh graduate or early-career designer supporting residential and hospitality projects.

The designer will work with architects, consultants, and vendors from concept through construction in the Riyadh Design and Development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support interior design concepts, mood boards, and client presentations.
  • Assist with space planning, finishes, furniture, lighting, and material selections.
  • Prepare and update design drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Support FF&E specifications and material schedules.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
  • Assist with design reviews, sample evaluations, documentation, and project files.
  • Research materials, suppliers, and cost-effective design solutions.
  • Support the design team throughout design and construction stages.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in interior design, interior architecture, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Good creativity, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing academic, internship, or professional design work.
  • Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
