Role Description

Core Scope

• Own end-to-end procurement across FF&E, facilities, and operational categories in KSA.
• Build a KSA supplier network and negotiate pricing, contracts, commercial terms, and service levels.
• Lead RFQs and competitive bidding, evaluate suppliers, and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain purchase orders, contracts, invoices, vendor records, order acknowledgements, and freight documentation.
• Manage purchasing from request through delivery with Design and Development, Facilities, Operations, and Finance.
• Maintain ERP records for orders, costs, receipts, inventory, and procurement data.
• Monitor market pricing, supply conditions, and vendor performance to identify savings and reduce risk.
• Ensure compliance with SASO standards, VAT documentation, Saudization obligations, and import requirements.
• Anticipate disruptions, develop alternative sourcing solutions, and improve procurement processes and controls.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of procurement or purchasing experience is required.
• Experience in construction, fit-out, hospitality, real estate, or luxury residential sectors is preferred.
• Experience working in KSA or the broader GCC is strongly preferred.
• Full professional fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency with ERP and procurement systems, spreadsheets, inventory tools, expense and invoice platforms, and reporting systems is required.
