Key Responsibilities

  • Expert in purchasing process from selecting suppliers to ensuring stock optimisation.
  • Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost effective.
  • Monitoring inventory levels to ensure alignment with forecasted demand and avoid stock outs or overstock situations.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
  • Handling local and international market sourcing.
  • Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on going feasibility.
  • Organising and confirming on time delivery/arrival of goods.
  • Performing risk assessment on potential contracts and agreements.
