- Source, negotiate, and procure goods, services, and supplies from vendors
- Manage end to end procurement processes including purchase requisitions, RFQs, purchase orders, and vendor contracts
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance
- Track orders, deliveries, and resolve discrepancies or delays
- Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost saving opportunities and process improvements
- Oversee the company's vehicle fleet including maintenance scheduling, fuel management, insurance, and registration renewals
- Coordinate vehicle repairs, inspections, and replacements to minimize downtime
- Monitor fleet costs, usage, and efficiency metrics
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards for all fleet operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain roles
- Knowledge of Odoo software (ERP system) is mandatory
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

About the Role
- We are looking for a detail oriented and experienced Procurement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities and fleet management to ensure cost effective, timely, and compliant acquisition of goods, services, and vehicle related operations
Key Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and procure goods, services, and supplies from vendors while ensuring best value for money.
- Manage end to end procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, RFQs, purchase orders, and vendor contracts.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
