Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivables (invoicing, collections, customer reconciliations, and aging reports)
- Assist in day to day accounting operations and financial record keeping
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, trial balance, and Profit & Loss (P&L) reports
- Handle tax filing and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Support financial forecasting and budgeting activities
- Work with Odoo / ERP system for accounting entries, receivables, and reporting
- Perform bank and customer reconciliations
- Prepare reports and assist senior accountants as required
Requirements
- Own Visa (UAE residence visa) is strongly preferred
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivables management
- Solid knowledge of Odoo or any ERP system
- Experience in financial forecasting, tax filing, and preparation of financial statements
- Strong understanding of trial balance, Profit & Loss, and general accounting principles
- Excellent Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP, aging analysis, etc.)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Description
- We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge with a focus on Accounts Receivables, hands on experience with ERP systems, and excellent Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities
