- Create and process purchase orders
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or quality problems
- Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation
- Track supplier performance and support cost saving initiatives
- Assist with inventory planning and procurement reporting
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies
Requirements
- 4 7 years of procurement/purchasing experience
- Bachelor's degree in technical, commercial, business, or related field
- Experience with SAP, Ariba, or other procurement systems preferred
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Currently available in Qatar with transferable visa or NOC
- Available to join within 30 days or less

Overview
- 12 months contract (extendable).

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4–7 years of procurement/purchasing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, commercial, business, or related field.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience dealing with suppliers and managing purchase orders.
Qatar Specific Requirements
- Currently available in Qatar.

Pay
- QAR 7,000 QAR 8,000 per hour
