Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred
- Minimum 8–15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Commercial, or Account Management within the Oil & Gas industry
- Proven experience in securing contracts for EPC, Oilfield Services, Maintenance, Turnaround, Shutdown, Fabrication, Construction, or Engineering projects
- Strong exposure to GCC, Middle East, or international Oil & Gas markets preferred
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
- Strong understanding of Oil & Gas operations and project lifecycle
- Tendering, bidding, and contract negotiation expertise
- Commercial acumen and financial awareness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Purpose
- The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and securing contracts within the Oil & Gas sector.
- The role focuses on expanding the company's presence across upstream, midstream, downstream, EPC, maintenance, shutdown, turnaround, engineering, and industrial service projects while ensuring sustainable revenue generation and long term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and projects.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

Experience
- Minimum 8–15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Commercial, or Account Management within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proven experience in securing contracts for EPC, Oilfield Services, Maintenance, Turnaround, Shutdown, Fabrication, Construction, or Engineering projects.
