Role Overview
The role supports procurement, general services, supply chain, administration, facilities maintenance, safety, and operational flow.
The position requires a background in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering and knowledge of the power, energy, and water sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, compile, and execute the annual organizational procurement plan.
- Initiate optimal sourcing methods, tendering processes, and direct purchases.
- Issue and monitor purchase orders for compliance with technical specifications, quality, quantity, and pricing.
- Coordinate vendor and supplier selection, engagement, and contract compliance.
- Evaluate and improve procurement tools and processes based on stakeholder and supplier feedback.
- Oversee facilities maintenance, safety, logistics, office supplies, cleaning, security, and general support services.
- Follow departmental policies and procedures while contributing to continuous improvement and cost reduction.
- Prepare timely financial and operational reports.
Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering from a reputable university is mandatory.
- At least 8 years of experience in similar roles in large companies is required.
