We are looking to appoint a talented Architectural Design Engineer to support leading companies within the real estate sector.
This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented professional with strong experience in architectural design and a solid understanding of modern design standards and project requirements.
Role Overview
The Architectural Design Engineer will be responsible for developing innovative architectural concepts, preparing detailed design drawings, and coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery.
The role requires strong technical and creative capabilities, along with experience working on residential and commercial developments.
Key Responsibilities
- **Develop architectural concepts and detailed design solutions for residential and commercial projects.**
- **Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, presentations, and technical documentation.**
- **Coordinate with engineering disciplines and project teams to ensure design integration and project alignment.**
- **Review project requirements, regulations, and design standards to ensure compliance.**
