Role Overview
Entry-level procurement role supporting purchasing workflows, supplier administration, inventory coordination, and daily supply chain operations.
Works with procurement managers, category buyers, inventory and warehouse teams, accounts payable, and external suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Create and track purchase orders and verify purchase requisitions against budget allocations.
- Update supplier master databases and confirm order acknowledgments and delivery schedules.
- Audit delivery documents against purchase orders and vendor invoices through three-way matching.
- Resolve minor order discrepancies and delayed shipments.
- Request supplier quotations and maintain clean digital procurement records.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, purchasing, or a related field.
- Understanding of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt processing, and delivery tracking.
- Capability to maintain supplier records, log compliance documents, request quotations, and follow up on deliveries.
- Experience or familiarity with three-way matching of purchase orders, delivery documents, and vendor invoices.
- Working knowledge of or exposure to ERP systems used for purchasing and inventory tracking.
