Role Overview
The position is an entry-level procurement role supporting purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and day-to-day procurement operations.
The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with details, comparing options, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining smooth processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and order status.
- Collect and compare supplier quotations to support purchasing decisions.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor information, and order trackers.
- Monitor purchase requests and follow up on outstanding orders.
- Assist with supplier onboarding and documentation processes.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, warehouse, and other internal teams.
- Support inventory and purchasing reports when required.
- Help improve purchasing processes and cost efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Basic understanding of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort working with Excel, Google Sheets, or procurement systems.
