- 2 years or more of experience in a related field
- UAE nationality required
- Completed National Service (for males)

Job Objective
- To execute and secure approvals for purchase orders, ensuring they meet terms and specifications.
- To verify materials upon receipt, issuance, and storage.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Execute procurement plan for materials and equipment.
- Implement policies for cost rationalization and revenue generation.
- Document procurement and supply operations.
- Verify tender and procurement documentation and issue solicitations.
- Process orders for materials or supplies.
- Participate in preparing reports on tenders, contracts, and procurement.
- Register suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Prepare and update supplier database.
- Participate in supplier follow up and after sales services.
- Coordinate periodic recommendations with suppliers.
- Prepare data reports on performance indicators.
- Draft and maintain records of memos, correspondence, and meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Law.
- Experience: 2 years or more in related field.
- Gender: Male
- National Service: Completed
- Required Nationality: UAE Only
