Opportunity
Eight-month January 2027 co-op term with Kardium’s Process Quality Engineering team.
Apply data analytics and problem-solving skills to manufacturing and quality challenges for a medical device product.
The role is onsite in Burnaby, British Columbia.
What You Will Experience
- Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Support and enhance quality and yield dashboards used to monitor manufacturing performance.
- Assist with defect tracking and data-driven investigations to solve quality-related problems.
- Explore manufacturing yield factors and evaluate opportunities to forecast future performance.
- Develop data visualization, reporting, and process monitoring tools for business decision-making.
- Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Present project outcomes and insights to stakeholders at the end of the work term.
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree program.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in using data to support business and engineering decisions.
